How can I check on my order?
Click the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar of our site to check the status of your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the “My Account” link in the top navigation bar of our site to view orders you have placed. Find the order you want to edit, and then click the “Update Quantity” button to change quantities, or click “Remove” (below the quantity pulldown menu) to take an item out of your cart. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click “My Account” to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped, and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
When will my backorder arrive?
Our suppliers are unable to predict when back ordered products will be back in stock. As soon as the product is restocked, we will be able to ship it to you.
How do I create an account?
Where’s my return?
Returns are usually processed about 3-5 business days after we receive your package, and we’ll email you as soon as we open it! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.
An item I love is out of stock! What can I do?
Sign up for an email restock notification – it’s an easy way to find out when sold out items have returned. When the item comes back, you’ll be the first to know.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Can I return or exchange my free gift?
Sorry, but our free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged for other items. You can read more about our returns and exchanges here.

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address, including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we don’t ship to your country at this time. If this is the case, please send us an email and we’ll see if we can add it.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
This is a tax free web store! Sales tax will not be added to your order.
I have a question on my charges.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
How did you come up with the name Kno-Bu®?
After many months of debate, owner Yvonne Marston fused the words "knobs" and "buttons" to create Kno-Bu®. The products are so unique that an everyday word just couldn't justify their versatility. We needed to create a whole new word for the English language. It's not in the dictionary yet, but perhaps someday!
Will you be producing Wrapz™ in different sizes?
Yes! Check back regularly for new styles and sizes.
Are your Wrapz™ made of recycled material?
At the moment, our Wrapz are not made from recycled material. However, it is our goal to create recycled products soon!
Are Kno-Bu® Products manufactured in the United States?
Our products are currently manufactured internationally. We are focusing our energy and resources on eventually manufacturing here in the USA.
