Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped, and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Viewing Your Charges

Click the “My Account/Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have more questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Returns

Returns are usually processed about 3-5 business days after we receive your package, and we’ll email you as soon as we open it! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.

Refunds

Refund credits will usually appear on your account 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). If it has been over 10 days since we received your return, please contact customer service.
